About the NCCM Logo

The logo features intertwined ribbons, each representing various cancers experienced by patients in Malaysia. The interlinking ribbons symbolize different entities coming together to combat cancer, while the circles embody a humanistic approach to cancer care.

The colors red, gold, and blue are taken from the Malaysian flag, symbolizing unity and strength. The stylised hibiscus, Malaysia's national flower, further reinforces our national identity and signifies solidarity against major cancers in the country. Additionally, the colors gold, blue, and red represent Childhood Cancer, Colon Cancer, and Hematological Cancer respectively, highlighting the different types of cancers affecting various segments of the Malaysian population.
