Remarks

  1. The names of registrants (registration provided complimentary by the Organising Committee) shall be provided to the Conference Secretariat one month before the conference, ie. 2nd June 2024. Names received after this date will be subjected to availability of places at the conference
  2. All the sponsors should register names of their representatives with the Organising Committee one month before the Conference, ie. 2nd June 2024. All such persons will be required to wear the ID badges provided at all time at the conference.
  3. The exhibition booths will be allocated on first-come first-served basis with priority given to the premier sponsors.
  4. The Organising Committee reserves the right to rearrange the exhibition layout plan or any part thereof at any time.
  5. The site of the exhibition booths shall be made available to the companies a day before the exhibition begins.
  6. The Organising Committee reserves the right to change the venue and date of exhibition in case of unavoidable circumstances.
  7. The Organising Committee shall, in no way, be responsible for any tax liability incurred for any sale/ booking transaction undertaken by the exhibitors.

Cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. 50% of the total cost of exhibition booth sponsorship will be deducted if cancellation is made three months prior to the commencement of the Conference. No refund will be made after this date.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any loss or damage occasioned by or arising out of Act of God (such as epidemics, floods, volcanic eruption, earthquakes or other convulsions of nature and other acts), and other unprecedented events such as general strike, invasions, hostilities, acts of terrorism, war, rioting or similar situations which prevent performance of the contract and which could not have been foreseen or avoided by a prudent person / actions.
