The Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refund will be made after the congress as follows:

 

    • Cancellation on or before the 30th May 2024  :      50% refund 
    • Cancellation after 30th May 2024                       :      No refund

The National Cancer Congress Malaysia (NCCM) 2024 Committee assumes no responsibility for personal accidents, loss, or damage to participants’ private property during the congress. Participants are advised to arrange their own personal insurance coverage.

While every effort will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Congress, as detailed on the website, proceed as scheduled, the NCCM 2024 Committee reserves the right to implement last-minute changes if necessary.

Event Registration

      1. Event Registration Process:
        To register for the Congress, please complete the online registration form available on the official website. The form will require you to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and professional information. To complete the registration process, you must submit proof of payment as instructed.
      2. Successful Payment and Event Registration:
        Completing payment through online methods and form submission does not guarantee immediate congress registration. Both your registration and payment will be subject to verification and approval by the Secretariat.
      3. Confirmation of Registration:
        Once your payment is successfully processed and your registration details are verified, you will receive an official registration confirmation email at the email address you provided during the registration process. This confirmation email will contain important information about the conference, including dates, venue, programme details, and any additional instructions.
